I’m currently staying at this hotel in a premium room and very disappointed. Bathroom has mould and hotel does not provide any toiletries, drinking water or any tea bags. I have had these even in a three star hotels every where I have stayed so I was shocked to know that this hotel does not provide any of these basics. I’m worried now that will they provide toilette rolls when they finish. lol Was shocked to learn that Hotel charges for safe usage. That’s just money making scheme and nothing else. I have not checked TV may be that also I need to pay. Hotel charges €25 for kettle and €5 for iron per hour. I have always had these freely provided even by 3 star hotels. Hotel is about 20 minutes walk from beach and not ideal location unless you like to hike back every day from beach. There is a shuttle but you have to stick to timings and space availability. Room has air conditioning but controller to control temperature is so outdated that after 2 nights of trying I gave up and just sleeping with open windows now. There is something wrong with shower drainage as bad smell was coming through it. Only reason I am giving 1 star because Reception staff was helpful at times when needed, breakfast buffet/staff and cleaner services are good. Seems management is more interested in squeezing money out every possible way over facilities and customer service.

Advertised as all inclusive when it wasn’t. Unfriendly staff particularly the very rude older lady in restaurant downstairs, who pretended she didn’t speak any English but then I overheard her speaking English with other guests. Wouldn’t recommend.

El hotel está muy bien y personal muy amable, es disayuno tipo buffet está genial y la relación calidad precio es muy buena. Con piscina, gimnasio y spa incluidos en el precio está genial. Lo recomiendo para una escapada.
